Yay! Elizabeth and I finished the Cowtown 1/2 marathon! It was a cold and windy day and we had lots of hills to overcome, but we made it! We've been working hard on improving our time from White Rock and we both ended the race better than we anticipated! Now it's time to prepare for Dallas in April! Mom and Dad came to cheer me on, which was so wonderful! Dad was trying so hard to take pictures, but all he got was the freeway (I'm somewhere below the freeway)...thanks Papa! It's such an awesome feeling to complete something you've invested so much time and energy into!
Congratulations on a huge accomplishment! I'm really hoping to join you in a future one but not sure I'll be able to keep up with you.
